Jets Pizza address ************************************************************ We were told it was our fault that the food didn't taste good because we picked it up late. We ordered a 8 corner pizza(this was fine). We had an issue with the nasty cheese bread.The manager was rude and told us if it was Outback Steak House we would be treated the same. She told us not to call back. She continued to over talk us when we were trying to explain. Then told us that the general manager will be in the morning at 8am. He was going to say the same. We will be calling in the morning to speak with *******(the general manager).I would caution anyone from going to this jets pizza. They need to be trained in customer service and how to cook cheese bread. Do not eat here. Find another place to eat like Hungry Howie's, Dominos, etc. Maybe even go to Outback since the supervisor on 11/9/23 wanted to reference the restaurant.

Great pizza. Horrible business ethics. 3 orders in 6 months..2 never showed up, one that did had mising items. Calls to ***** "store mang" was met with deflection and denial of wrong doing. Couldn't tell me about my refund told me to call my bank. Just an absolute nightmare that corporate allows from a franchise. When you pay and wait for over an hour only to find out theres nothing coming. I think thats actually fraudulent but they dont care. No apologies, nothing. Just a rude store manager responsible for absolutely nothing for his location.

they dont help you with login issues with your loyalty account ******* and **** of the head of ofjets pizza they tell you their down helping you after so long

I didn't get what I thought I ordered, because somehow they put the same price for the "4corner" which by the way you only get crust down the middle. I have always got six slices not 4 and the manager refused to resolve this i paid ***** for 4 slices and small jet bread. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Owner and staff at the ****** store do not use gloves when working with the food, I have seen a the owner and management. You can see their bare hands in the cheese, in the pepperoni, in the chicken, you name it Their gross hands have touched. I personally don't want someones hands touching my food without gloves.Floors look like they get mopped once at least once a week. Also why is there always trash always outside of the store.

It's about the little things....First was the two times I didn't get what I thought I ordered, because somehow they put the same price for the "4corner" which by the way you only get crust down the middle, not special, in the fact their 2-piece price is in line with their Large deep-dish....Not consumer friendly to have the XL + the 4 corners the same price it's confusing, ok so I start triple-checking my order.Now I have to have some passive control freak who wants to be lazy on the phone lie and tell me I can order sweet chili sauce online after I just told him I can't see it and asked him to help me find it. I tip my delivery drivers $10+ EVERY TIME. I doubt I have even ordered less than $50 once because I am 6'5" and at one time deadlifted less than 100lbs away from the entire American world record... I run my own business from home, and wanted to celebrate closing my largest deal with Jets Pizza because your hand tossed is amazing... Well I won't be ordering from you guys again, it's just plain disrespectful to try to manipulate a customer to order over the phone instead of listen when they tell you what you say is online isn't, that is why I started my own business so I don't have to deal with this trash.... My personal multiple order a week business isn't yours and won't ever be again.I care about my customers and make bank so please let me tell you I can tell your company on multiple fronts barely cares about yours, going to keep tipping every delivery guy $10+ they just won't be a Jet's delivery guy.If you think this review is an over-reaction the BBB knows me I am here all the time and know every regulatory, and consumer industry from the local Chamber of Commerce to the state to the *** and regularly message them any time I have an issue, as well as other, agencies, which is all the time, and that is where this would have been headed, so think of this as an easy way off Jet's, just because you have good hand-tossed pizza.
