Purchased Vinyl Plank Flooring and Carpet w/ installation from ************************ #****) on November 24, 2023; Initial email to schedule installation was caught in Junk which delayed my response (this is on me!); once company was contacted, an installation for the Hard Surface Flooring was scheduled for December 26th between ****am; Christmas came and went, and so did that Tuesday. The contractor never called, and didn't show up; Customer "**********************" (used LIGHTLY) was closed for the holiday. Got ahold of a rep on Wednesday Dec 27th who never apologized, just made excuses that she didn't know because the office was closed the day before. Rescheduled for Tuesday January 2, ****. This day also has come and gone, no-call; no-show; and once again....the company is closed.Initial Complaint

In November 21, we ordered $5k carpet for our home from the *********** It was to be delivered, we did not know they subbed out installation to a company called AIS Carpet Installers. This company was scheduled to deliver and install the carpet on January 10, 2022, no one showed up, no one called. We're left multiple voice messages that day and the following but never received a callback. We finally called and got ahold of someone 2 days after installation was scheduled, she told us we would be rescheduled for the following Monday, no one showed up and no one called, I called at 3pm and was hung up on. I called the next day and they rescheduled the delivery again for this friday, carpet installers showed up at 3pm and worked till 8, then left their tools in our home, said they would be back tomorrow (Saturday) no one showed up, no one called. The same installers showed up the following unannounced Monday at 3pm and rushed to finish before our kids went to bed at 8pm. They walked out the door at 8pm leaving all of their mess from carpet install. The tack strips are poking through on all of the 5 thresholds at the doors, my children and wife have had bloodied feet from stepping on them. The manager from sterling heights came to check on the horrible work that was done and said he fixed the tack strip issue(he didn't, they are still poking through) and said he would have the ********** contact me about fixing the horrible carpet laying job done on the steps, we have not heard from the **********. It is now March 1st and the carpet job is still not complete.
