              My paper was being delivered just fine for quite awhile until I received a letter from the delivery person that the company had been sold and he was retiring at the end of January 2024. I figured they had to make adjustments so I wasn't concerned when I didn't get any papers. But when I received a renewal I called immediately to let them know that I hadn't received a paper since February. They said they would look into it and let me know. I called 3 times, then when I received a second renewal I called again and they notified me that I could not get a refund even though there is not a delivery person for the area. They told me that every Sunday I have to call and let them know I didn't receive a paper when I was waiting for them to tell me what the problem was. The call center is all foreigners and I asked to speak to someone in the *** and they could not do that. I did get the local newsroom in Sterling Hts and left a message there and still not a response or a paper. Took my money knowing they do not have the service. The newspaper is a scammer. I just wanted a refund of my subscription that they could not fulfill.

              I canceled a subscription well over a year ago. They've been calling me ever since trying to get me to re-subscribe. I've requested multiple times to multiple sales/telemarketing reps to be removed from their call list and they keep calling repeatedly. They now call multiple times per day.
