I have had a subscription with Dearborn Press and Guide for several years. I renewed and purchased an additional 6 month subscription with the Dearborn Press and Guide for $70 In December 2022, to have a paper delivered every Wednesday and Sunday. I was receiving the papers as scheduled through January 22, 2023; after that date the paper stopped. I called every week since then requesting a paper. I was told they would let the supervisor of the delivery person know and they would extend my subscription for the missed issues. Finally on February 13 I called and requested my money back and subscription cancelled since I still have not received any paper since January 22. Over the course of an hour I was transferred to a various people. One person said they would stop my subscription as of February 15. I asked about the papers I did not receive between January 22 and February 15. They said they would deliver papers longer but I could not get a refund for them. Finally I was told that my payment was a prepaid service and they don't issue refunds. This is not right. I prepaid for a service I am not receiving. At this point, I would like a refund. I don't trust that I would receive a paper weekly for the remaining subscription.
