I used my credit card last year to pay an invoice for my at the time employer. This is standard practice in our industry and the employer of course reimbursement me when I submitted my expense report. Dynamic Media without my permission took my credit card information and set it up for reoccurring payments, including holding my credit card information in an online portal associated with the address that I was never made aware of until after telling me a new charge was amde. On March 1st they processed payment in the amount of $1,426.08 on my credit card for a charge I did not authorize for an employer I do not work for. I was told a refund would be issued and when I called today they told me they can't issue a refund until the business pays. These are two separate issues- I agree the business should pay (and I am sure they will once they receive an invoice which they never did because Dyanmic media created the account incorrectly) but I am trying to figure out how you can hold my credit card information for reoccurring payments when I never agreed to them.Business response

We refunded the full amount to the customer and contacted her to apologize for the misunderstanding.
