I have used this pet sitting service several times over the last year. ******* (owner) first stayed overnight when I was on vacation in my home with no concerns. As business grew since she had secondary employment, she had her employee, *****, pet sit for me. Initially, things were great, but this summer, I paid for three daily visits, if not catching on my video cameras only 2, she wouldve never told me which was completely unprofessional since I had a new puppy and senior dog who need to be watched those 3 times. I allowed another chance as she seemed remorseful and so far was ok. Yesterday, I could not reach her by phone at all or text. I tried to tell her we were coming home earlier from my daughters college visit. She pulled in my driveway not even paying attention that clearly my car was in the driveway and my trunk latch up and pushed the garage door opener that she was given. I heard it, ran out, and my door was caught as trying to stop it, but it kept wanting to go down on trunk door. She said oh you must of did that, not when you have the only remote, then said it was an accident. She admitted to not having phone on her all day and ******* was in ******. What if needed to reach if any emergency or running late home. I said clearly you are stretched thin. I asked her to leave at that point as upset, just 5 months earlier my daughter did this and had to pay $600 out of pocket to fix. I texted owner to call me when she returned. Did not care about my concerns, said was accident and would not reimburse. Just horrible customer service. My Maaco quote was $400 plus rent a car for a few days as no one to drive me to work. I can provide payment once receipt for car dropped off on 11/7, but estimate given today, plus Enterprise rental receipt at that time. I want full cost of door plus rent a car since already paid them $205 for pet sitting.
