M vehicle was in a car accident on 11 September on 12 September. I went to the tow company that provided the service I will be in my vehicle from that crash site and they informed me that there was a $550 labor fee for towing my vehicle from **************** 2.7 miles down the road to the tow yard the police officer who took the report and giving me the information universe by accident never told me that the tow yard was going to impound my vehicle instead of tow. It is a courtesy due to the accident and the labor fee that they were charging was on attainable due to my financial situation. I have been in contact with them this whole time from 11 September until today they have change the prices told me I should come get it for free, but they did file a abandon vehicle report with the ***************** to try and get my vehicle and the loan company yeah is on the title. Have you not come in yet or receive my vehicle because of his $550 fee I have called the police chief *** tried to reason with these people and they are on a contract with a *************** contract for towing vehicles for the police department, and the surrounding area if needed I am truly disgusted with the business profession and the lack of empathy. These people show to the community and to a person who has just been in an accident with that they chose to add ***** price a labor fee that is out of this world and when a standard fee of $95 is what they told me and they are now charging me $40 fee for them to get ky title
