So my wife and I ordered a 2021 Dodge Durango R/T. We told the salesman we wanted the color to be white with the black top package which would include black badges and black rims. Two months later we receive a black vehicle with silver rims. That was not what we told the salesman we wanted. However, to be good sports we settled on the black color but we told them we still wanted the black wheels. The salesman ordered the black wheels and stated they were on back order. A month goes by and we got a call for the wheel installation. We confirmed a good time to come in ( which I chose before work because I work afternoons). I waited in the customer waiting room for almost three hours just to be told that they did not have extra valve stems for the wheel installation. After going back and forth with them they decided to keep the vehicle and shuttle me home. When they brought the vehicle to my home the black wheels were installed but they kept the silver center caps on the vehicle. I called the sales manager who promised me they would get the job done. He stated that the caps were a different charge (which is a lie) and that he would order them but I wouldnt have to pay. I called **** (sales manager) for two weeks. He never returned my calls and he never ordered the parts. I do not recommend this dealership. They do not keep their word. They do not appropriately follow up with customers. They are seriously in need of training on customer service and ethics.Initial Complaint

In late July, I had my vehicle towed here for flood-related repairs. It's now almost October and my car is still there, awaiting an engine replacement. I've lost count of how many times they've strung me along about the engine's delivery date. Every time they call me, there's a new excuse for why they can't do their jobs. If it's impossible for them to fix my car, they should've totaled it. Or at the very least, not even accepted it. It's insane that I'm approaching my third calendar month of making finance/insurance payments on a car that I can't even drive. They haven't even given me a loaner vehicle, despite multiple requests. We're long past the point of a reasonable repair window and I feel like they need to be reimbursing me for the car's payments, on top of waiving my deductible fee. Maybe if they were the ones paying for this nonsense, they'd be quicker to act. I've had to postpone a vacation twice and delay a move in order to be present for this BS and it's ridiculous.
