Terrible business that has absolutely no care or interest in its customers. They are more concerned with taking loans from their customers, as they clearly have no intention in honoring the thousands of dollars worth of payments made from all of us on these pre-orders that have no real delivery dates. Your money is being held and used to fund their expansions and the autograph events they are constantly hosting and posting on social media. I have actually never seen a company get away with scamming their customers in broad daylight like this while going on about their days as if so many people aren't waiting on their orders from OVER A YEAR AGO. What's worse is they legitimately think they are doing nothing wrong about this. I have THREE orders worth over $500 that they are refusing to REFUND COMPLETELY even though they REFUSE TO SEND ME WHAT I ORDERED, DESPITE CLAIMING MULTIPLE TIMES THROUGH EMAIL OR SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS THAT THEY HAVE RECEIVED THEM. These people HAVE/HAD what I ordered (A YEAR AGO!!) and HAVE NOT SENT ANYTHING. Do NOT loan this greedy company any of your hard-earned money. There are plenty of other AMAZING stores out there that ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS that you can support instead. This goes beyond caring about their customers; ********************** is a complete scam that holds your money, uses it to expand, and in the end does not deliver the products you ordered. There aren't enough words in all of the combined human languages on this planet to express how dissatisfied I am with this company. Truly a shame, as they used to be decent years ago.
