The transaction began in January 24, 2021. I purchased a pair of eyeglasses, frame and lenses from Pearle Vision using my insurance for 615.98. When I received the glasses my vision was blurred and I felt uncomfortable wearing the glasses. I took them back to Pearle Vision, they told me the glasses were fine. I again attempted to wear the glasses but couldn’t as they did not help my vision. I decided to make a different appointment with LensCrafters and happened to have the glasses with me. When they measured the lenses, they determined the prescription in the lenses did not match the prescription given. I took them back to Pearle Vision and let N***** know what was said at LensCrafters, she agreed to send the glasses out to be fixed. I received the glasses back and tried to force myself to wear them. While I was driving, the vision in my left eye became blurry and I once again took them back to Pearle Vision. N***** marked up the glasses as if to check the sitting position of the lenses and frames and said the were fine. I asked for a refund and was told they do not give refunds. Now I have a pair of eyeglasses that I have purchased and cannot wear. I would like my money returned from Pearle Vision as I do not trust their optical experience.
