I had canceled a ride last week and the still have not returned my 655. ****************************************************************************************** my money backBusiness response

to whom it may concern: This amount was refunded on Monday, May 2nd, 2023. Please see the notes below on how irate this customer was. We tried to return his money as fast as we could. We apologized as much as we could for the inconvenience.
Yes- I personally refunded his money today.

We cant do C&Rs on cancelled trips. I have an extremely irate caller who want his ****** back to his card. He has called and us previously and was advised we are in the process of refunding. I got him today since I am answering the phone for ************* I explained we will refund his money as soon as possible. I explained we are having technical problems with the credit card processing company, and they have escalated the issue. He wants a date and time. I told him I cant give him that info, hopefully today/tomorrow,but cant guarantee. He said if we cant get this refunded today, he is coming down to the office in ******. So, at what point, are we making any exceptions to do a direct refund in the system? He wants a callback within the hour or he is on his way down here.
