Property address: **** ******* **. ******, ** survey ordered & paid in full prior to closing date 02/14/2022. G.B wankle accepted payment, scheduled survey, & assured survey would be done soon or no later than 2/28/2022 - so approval to proceed with closing was approved by lender and title company. As of today the survey still hasn’t been done and the on going excuses as to why isn’t acceptable. My realtor has continued to request an update on the status & I’ve recently enlisted help from the title company to only continue to receive bogus excuses as to why it hasn’t been completed. I would like the survey done asap or a full refund with interest paid back immediately so a new survey can be ordered!
