I purchased driveway rock from this company and I did not get my last delivery from them their truck broke down and I got I’ll do I never pressed for the last load as I was to weak to spread the rock around and I didn’t read the fine print saying I only had thirty days to claim my load I paid for the load on Dec 23 2021 I’m on disability so I was trying to save more money to get more rock I haven’t been able to get in more money so I called about the load I’m due , they tell me it’s been to long and I need a receipt for the load I’m claiming I m owed , how can I have a receipt for the load when I paid by phone and the driver brings the receipt when he delivers the load which I didn’t get ! I know it’s half my fault for not calling earlier but I didn’t think it would be a problem like this ,I can’t afford to lose money I need my driveway rock ,they know I paid for it but I can’t prove I got it cause the driver brings that when he comes and he didn’t comeBusiness response

Hello ********. Sorry if I did not respond right away. Our mailing address is P.O. Box *** ********** Mi *****. If the letter was not sent here, then I would have not received it. I spoke to this customer before he reached out to your office. He stated he received a stone delivery from us but felt he was owed more. He waited 10 months to call to say he did not receive all the stone he ordered. He just said he has been sick. He doesn't know how much he ordered and has no receipt of his purchase of any amount. As for the truck being broken we have 3 different trucks and never had all three broken down at once. If we would not have completed any delivery we would still have an open ticket and we currently have none for last year or this year. I believe he ordered stone and we delivered it. Maybe if he is sick of some sorts he might just not be remembering the situation correctly? As a small business we cannot give products away especially if they call with an issue almost a year later. That is why we asked him to provide some sort of proof of his claims which he said he could not. We would like to resolve the issue and look to the BBB for guidance. Please advise on the best path forward.

I am rejecting this response because:they send the receipt out with the driver I paid over the phone and it was charged with to my cc the order was never ever delivered so how can I have a receipt when the driver never came they know the cc was charged .i would not be saying this if it was not soo need more than one load of rock I was trying to save more money to get 2more loads which would of been 3 more loads smh I thought this was a better company then this the guy really help me with information when I told him of my problem with my yard and to change like this has really messed up my mind
