Misled a couple of times. They said it would take three days to install. We are now heading into week three and I still have dirt piles that have not been packed around the pool. Twice they have said that they are coming out after I called, just to not show up or call. He said finally that they would come out this Saturday and backfill around the pool. They actually told me when I spoke with them last week that they have installed five pools since they started mine. I gave them credit days because of rain and the electrician took two days as they had to replace my circuit box. I checked this company out with the BBB before I even selected them. They had an A+ rating which is why I went with them. Personally I feel that because they know I live alone that they are taking advantage of me. And then they spring on me yesterday that I have to find someone myself to do the tamping. I don’t know how to find a tamper. And then the concrete won’t be going in for three weeks. I’ve waited long enough for this three day pool.Business response

The business informed BBB that the consumer bought the pool last July. Her installation date was slotted for July 2022, which she initialed on the contract. As a courtesy, the business moved her installation date up to its first slot at the beginning of May. The business was scheduled to be on location for three days, but that is its time only. The time does not include the concrete work, electrician, back-filling, rain days, or the three weeks required for ground settling.
The business completed the consumer's pool prior to the contractual start date. It considers the matter resolved and closed.

Her yard was wet if we would have backed the truck up we would have destroyed the yard.
