Do not use! Booko Brothers has been terrible for two claims we had with insurance. The last claim, that involves roofing and siding replacement has been full of invoicing errors (always being charged for something they didn't do). I requested copies of the first claim's invoices for months and they would never give me anything. When we final got a bill (not an invoice or breakdown of charges, but a document that looked like a teenager made it with a Word template), it just had one lump sum - no explanation of what those charges involved. The best part is that they recently said we still owed them $30,000. We nearly had a stroke when that showed up and our insurance agent said everything had been paid out. Come to find out they didn't record a payment for $36,000. And another payment was recorded completely wrong. Anytime I spoke with them, they always seemed confused on which 'customers' we were. So I don't know if they mixed our billing up with someone else. But based on how bad this ordeal was, I'm going to have to say it was probably on purpose and intentional unfortunately. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Sorry about your frustration.  There is confusion and miscommunication from multiple parties that are involved in this. We have recently emailed you a full explanation on where things are at and what you do still owe us.  After you read it and contact your mortgage company it should answer the questions you have.  You are assuming that your insurance company paid us directly, but that is not the case.   Hopefully after you go through the information on the email we sent you, things will make sense and you will remove these terrible reviews.  We hope to hear back from you soon and get this settled.   You will see that we are only expecting to be paid for work we completed for you.
