****** sold their business. I had to get a new phone went to this store they took my old phone. ****** had a deal if you turn in your old phone, they will give you a new one for free. I was only to be charged for the service.They are charging my account for the old phone saying it was not returned. The store never returned my old phone to ******, so now ****** is recharging me for the old phones contract. have called several times to get the issue resolved. the store refuses to resolve the issue. The store has the phone. The company operator says they cannot help until the store returns the phone to refund or even stop charging me for the phone. I do not have the phone, the store does. It's been 5 months and i still am getting charged. They are crooks.
