I ****** ******** gave Pro Flow Racing a deposit of $5,030 from which $1,030 came from ****** ********'s ****** account and $4,000 came from my wife's ****** ******** ***** account on November 4,2021 for two new Yamaha PW50's motorcycles. Pro Flo Racing said that he had the motorcycles and they would be ready to be picked up before December 25, 2021. Pro Flo Racing told me that he would not be able to provide me with the two motorcycles by December 25, 2021 and agreed to refund me my deposit of $5,030 on December 23, 2021. Since agreeing to refund me the $5,030 Pro Flo Racing has only refunded $2,500 to ****** ********'s ***** account leaving a balance of $2,530 still owed to me and my wife as of January 14, 2021. I would like to get back the rest of my deposit, ($2,530) from Pro Flow Racing.
