Bought a transmission from them for $1600 when I went to pick it up it was different than the one I pulled from my **** ********* I expressed my concern about the differences of the 2 and pointed out all of them to him. Mine had a one peice case the eagles transmission was a 2 piece (removable bell housing) mine also wasnt equiped with a neutral safty switch, the egles transmission had the neutral safty switch. The person that is in charge of the sales insisted that it would work and it was infact interchangeable years 96 to 94. After bickering back in fourth about those differences he finally said ill go check again and make sure its right. I agreed he should and he walked back inside to a computer. To my amazement he walked back out and was still saying he was right. I did my research on the years and what's interchangeable before I went and bought it, the info I collected was my ** ******** was only a 2 year range for the 4l60e and that was 93 and 94. I would say I went against my better judgment but the man was a stone wall and kept reassuring me he was right. Upon putting the transmission in my suburban everything went smooth all the bolts went in and everything lined up, the transfer case bolted on and lined up with the transmission support as well. I got it installed and plugged the wires back in they all fit it wasn't until I filled it up with fluid tried driving it and it wouldn't do anything I checked my work it was right and all hooked up. I went back in to eagles after a month to let them know what was going on He said it wasn't hooked up right and went as far as calling his transmission expert and told me someone changed it out along with wiring cause it's supposed to get this the 96. I told the man that I want my money back or the right part. He gave me his email to send pictures of the tags on the parts I did and haven't heard anything, it was a 90 day return policy and a 6 month warranty, I believe they are stalling for the 90day return I have proof

We are provided interchange resources from ************** and other automotive companies.  These are years and models of vehicles that our parts can be used.  We sold the part in good faith based on the information provided to the industry by GM.  I am unaware of why the interchange is incorrect in this situation.  It could be that it is wrong (which does happen in rare occasions) or it could be the stock transmission was changed in the vehicle prior to this.  At this point, what matters is the customer would like a refund and I would like to give him a refund.  If the part does not work for any customer, I provide the refund.  Company policy is that we provide the refund when the part is returned.  We have yet to receive the transmission back at our shop.  As soon as we get the transmission back and it is inspected to be in good order, we will refund the purchase price.  I attempted to reach the customer by phone to explain this.  The reception was poor.  I then sent an email to the email provided on the complaint sharing this information as well.
