Stanley steemer came and cleaned my carpets mid June - they did an awful job. I reached out for a refund and was told I would get one, just needed to provide the manager with my debit card info. I did so - never received anything. Called the business numerous times, finally got ahold of someone who told me they spoke to *****(someone in charge) and that my refund had been sent to me in the mail. Never got anything. This was July 26th. An entire month after they said the refund would be issued through my debit card.Business response
