About a year ago I made an inquiry about this business products as advertised. I had to provide them my phone number for information, which I did. I have never bought anything from this business and only sought more information as offered this one time. But since then I have been bombarded by unsolicited text messages often several times per week, that interrupt my work and create a great amount of stress in my life, as my phone number is for emergencies in my work and I must check all texts and calls as soon as they come in. I have emailed Truly Free three times and called them once, requesting that they remove my phone number from their roster, but to no avail. I explained to them why they should remove it, and one sympathetic staff who responded to my phone message left me a VM, realizing as she called me that my number is a crisis line, but regardless of my VM responses back to her x2, they keep texting me.Please help me resolve this issue, that I feel is utter harassment at this point. This just has to stop! (And changing my phone number would be a HUGE undertaking with all the many companies and people who have it listed, and it could also create human crises for many people trying to reach me for bona fide reasons. It would not be the solution, just FYI.)
