I have been buying from this company for several years now and are very satisfied with their product and customer service.When I had an issue with the termite repellant I purchased they immediately resend me the defected product.Customer service is very helpful and friendly this company deserves the 5 ??????????that I gave to them.

This is the best company that I ever had the pleasure of using !They go above and beyond for costumer satisfaction! They respond promptly, they are courteous knowledgeable, if any kind of problem with any product ,it is quickly replaced, no question asked, and they do not ask for the item that is been replaced to return it to them !Wish I could purchase 100% of everything i need from this company!DBzon Response

I purchased products from them and then realized that we would not need them. When I asked for info on how to return the products, they refunded them and told me to keep the products too. Great service. I was impressed and I'll use them again in the future.Review from Vaughn I

Have been very pleased with my purchases. The deer repellent also stopped the neighbors dogs from using my daily beds to sleep in and my yard as a bathroom. Shipping is fast and **************** is the best! I am a very pleased customer!Review from Monica p

I purchased a product on 3/23/2022 and I sent it back by *** and I have a receipt tried calling and emailing DBzon and NO RESPONSE. NO REFUND. Im contacting my local authorities And my attorney..! They will not get away with this.. DO NO ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS BOGUS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDS.!!!!!!!!Review from AJ K

I would not recommend buying from DBZON. They guaranteed the rabbit repeller to work or money back guaranteed. It has not worked, and it also affected my childrens hearing. I emailed them a few times asking questions about the product and they got right back with me. However when I emailed that same email about doing a return it tells me the email is undeliverable.. I have tried calling and it just sends me to voicemail. Would never buy from this business again.Review from Brenda H

I have purchased four deer repellers 6 months ago and they worked exceptionally well. Two of the batteries required replacement. Their customer service,responsiveness and how they dealt with the issue was second to none. It is heart warming to see a small business understand business from a customer's perspective.
