Purchased the truck February 22nd. February 23rd I have 5 lights on my dash come on. 4 different times Ive had my check engine light on among other lights. This all literally started the next day after purchasing it. They wont call back when they say they will. When they do its someone else who calls you that cant answer any of your questions. Their own mechanic said he would want to sell it back to Wares. They wont actually fix the truck and wont buy the truck back for whats owed on it. I now owe over $30,000 on a vehicle that has literally been in the shop more than my own driveway and Im making payments on it. These pictures are of every time I have had the dash lights come on. Chase sales rep keeps telling me he will make it right but then wont return calls and laughs at your problem.Business response

I want to start by saying we did everything we could for this customer until he turned nasty and threatening. ***** did not buy a warranty, even though being offered one. ***** bought a 15 year old truck. After buying the vehicle the check engine did come on. Which was not ideal and we felt bad. So we had the customer bring the car back and ran the codes the vehicle had.(I also want it to be known that when ****** has a check engine light come on, automatically the traction control, stability control, and ABS light come on. This does not mean there is a problem with those systems it is just an automatic thing) At that time we replaced a sensor or two that were related to the codes and gave the vehicle back to the customer. I also want it to be known that the issues that came up were not covered under our 30 day powertrain warranty, but we decided to help him anyway. A little while later the codes returned. This time I personally drove over an hour to the customer, gave him a loaner vehicle and took this truck back to the dealership. We than re-checked the vehicle and found it to have a different issue. Again nothing major, just an exhaust sensor that had gotten loose within the exhaust and was having a mis-reading. But also not covered under our 30 day warranty. Again we decided we would help. We took the truck to a local exhaust shop, had the exhaust repaired and the sensor(s) replaced. Then drove the truck for a day to make sure the problem was gone, verified that it was gone and then returned the truck to the customer. A little while after that another code came up on the truck. This was not a fresh issue, it was related to the 1st problem the truck had. So again I personally went over an hour to the customer, brought him a loaner vehicle and took his truck back to the dealership. We verified there was a code in truck related to the initial problem and bought the parts that were needed. We fixed the issues again not under our 30 day but wanted to help.
Now after giving the truck back the truck has had another issue. It is unfortunate. But once the customer decided to call ******************** and put a bunch of nasty reviews online we no longer want to help. He has been very nasty through this whole process. Yes his situation is less than ideal. That's why we went out of our way to pick up his truck and fix every issue.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:Just about everything in Wares entire response is a lie. I was NEVER nasty or threatening. I have text conversations to prove that. I actually drove 3 hours round trip multiple times to drop off my vehicle. The times it was brought closer to me it was because it was after he got out of work on his way home. If they did fix it like they say they did and it was only minor issues then why do I still have a truck that literally barely moves? Their response is a lie
