              I closed on my new construction home on 01/20/2021 and was advised the completion from closing would be ***** months. It has now been 17 months and the home is still not completed. The exterior of the home has looked the same since December 2021 (incomplete). The builder, **** Gerish refuses to provide a completion date. Has refused to compensate for the additional months beyond the due date. Wont offer resolutions to complete the home aside from buying the home back. He continues to report that he is waiting on material instead of asking if we would like to select a different product/color that will be available sooner or if we are willing to wait for the material to come in. He refuses to communicate with me but leaves it to the office manager to relate messages instead of speaking to me directly. He provided me with one floorplan for the home but completed a total different floorplan without my approval despite signing off on the plan presented.

              This is the worse builder ever. They manipulate people into building a new construction home by telling you they can complete your home within 12 months. It took 12 months to frame and drywall my home and nearly 20 months to complete after breaking ground. **** Gerish and his staff are not forthcoming. They lure you in to overpriced upgrade options, use cheap material, and are very slow. They keep selling lots knowing they don't have the manpower and contractors to complete the job. After 13 months, production stopped, and they demanded additional money to complete the home. Then they bully you into paying more money or offer to buy your home back so they can line there pockets with another buyer. There are so many unfinished homes in both of their subdivisions that have been partially completed for months. **** Gerish does not care about delivering quality work in a timely fashion. His only concern is greed. The homes sit incomplete so long, that they have foundation issues. I have experienced leaks, puckering walls, and cracks in the basement. I would not recommend my worst enemy to do business with ******************************* and Gerish homes. I wouldn't be surprised if they go out of business in the next few years.
