I closed on my new construction home on 01/20/2021 and was advised the completion from closing would be ***** months. It has now been 17 months and the home is still not completed. The exterior of the home has looked the same since December 2021 (incomplete). The builder, **** Gerish refuses to provide a completion date. Has refused to compensate for the additional months beyond the due date. Wont offer resolutions to complete the home aside from buying the home back. He continues to report that he is waiting on material instead of asking if we would like to select a different product/color that will be available sooner or if we are willing to wait for the material to come in. He refuses to communicate with me but leaves it to the office manager to relate messages instead of speaking to me directly. He provided me with one floorplan for the home but completed a total different floorplan without my approval despite signing off on the plan presented.Initial Complaint

We purchased our home on contract in august of 2020 with gerish building. Gerish stopped building 3/4 of the way through the project demanding 45k more than the contract price gerish stated that they will not do any more work until we pay the fee. ( above the contract price) If we terminate the contract we must sell the house back to gerish.. so, effectively he is asking for a ******. We could use you help!!! We just want to get in our home for the legally contracted price.. I can provide much more information if needed.
