I purchased new vehicle from suburban Toyota in **** , six or seven months later low pressure tire light came up , I thought this was due to cold temperatures, each time I added air the light came back on after three days now I have ****** miles on vehicle and I called and talk to lady name ****** over the phone she was extremely rude and wouldnt answer my question but saying to bring the car in and there will be charges for repairs, I called her manager by the name ********************* and he hasnt called me back yet , thank youBusiness response

I bought a Rav4 from this dealership on October 23, 2023. About two months later the car started stalling a lot. My son took the car in to the dealership and was told it was leaking oil and needed a new engine for $4,000. ***************************** was the mechanic that said this was the only way to fix it. The oil gauge never showed low oil nor did any warning lights come on. I could not believe a new engine was needed. My son took it to another mechanic and was told we did not need a new engine, in fact he was shocked we were told this. He did replace the catalytic converter, spark plugs, & the main seal which was the cause of the leak. This cost us $2,580.00. I am just wondering how many other people have replaced their engine with this dealership when it was not needed. What a scam!!Business response

The engine is consuming oil and burning it thru the tailpipe - not leaking oil .
the work by the other party is not sufficient to fix the issue -
the only way to properly fix the oil consumption is to replace the engine unfortunately is the diagnosis here -
There is no cause here for a refund.

I contacted the seller to return the car after 4 days from purchase,, they never accepted and told me to do trade in, while l was still in the cooloff period...

********************* and I leased a 2022 Toyota Corolla Hybrid near the end of 2021 from this dealership. We took it in to their ************** on February 2nd, 2023 as the battery failed to start the car. We have been waiting for 5 weeks without a word from Toyota about our car while we have continued to make lease and insurance payments on it. I have called multiple phone numbers and haven't been able to get in touch with anyone going through multiple phone prompts, etc. Finally, I left a voicemail with ******************* who is allegedly the dealership manager and I have not heard back from him nor anyone else. We have incurred other expenses with ****, have had appointments we have missed and have had to do without while waiting for our car to be fixed. I can't believe it takes 5+ weeks to get a new battery! The battery going bad seems to be an issue of the cold weather and I'm not sure why they lease or sell this car in ******** when we clearly have very cold weather during the winter. We are writing you to seek your assistance in this matter. We have not been offered a loaner or any assistance. **** has leased many different Toyota cars over the past 30 years and we are receiving poor business and sheer avoidance from them. I was checking on an order for my 2022 Toyota Camary **. The sales person, Lazer, said he had one available without the moon roof. I did not want the moon roof anyway. I paid the full price for the ** *** . However when I drove it home, I discovered that it was a 2022 Hybrid. I did not know when I purchased it that it was not the *** ** model. Yet he charged me the same price for the Toyota **. The Hybrid model is over dollars cheaper. I'm very angry, The sales staff ripped me off over ****. I would have probably accepted the Hybrid had the sales person, Lazer told Me the car was a hybrid but he fail to do so and also charged me over ***** dollars more than I should have paid for the Hybrid. Lazer was also in a big hurry along with his warranty sales person. I am very disgusted right now. For one thing the sales department was not honest with me a stole over ***** from me.Business response
