Mopar cancelled my *** care unlimited warranty due to the cost of repair for my Dodge Journey. I have been waiting for my refund check over $6000 since February 2024. I have called several times and customer ********************** stated the check must be lost in the mail if the dealership Lake ****** Chrysler Dodge has not received it. Three checks have been placed on stop payment and replaced. I tried to call on August 6, 2024 and I was placed in the auto line over and over selecting the options for the customer ********************** to answer the call for 30 minutes no one answered. I need assistance with getting my refund check can someone assist me. Mopar warranty is the worst company to buy a warranty from.

Terrible experience buying from Mopar. I ordered the paint that they advertise on their website all-in-1 tool for all your touch-up repairs on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and **** vehicles. The tool features an abrasive prep tip, exact-color match paint, and clear coat). they sent me a completely different paint. They sent me the old paint design, thin as a pen, without an additional clear coating. And on their website they advertise a completely different paint design, all in one, where the paint has a separate transparent coating layer and the paint itself and looking a thick figure pen. **** the seller tried to convince me that this is a new paint that is already diluted with a transparent coating. Only the transparent layer must be applied only after the main painting and cannot be mixed with paint during the painting at the same time. Scammers

I purchased a lifetime warranty when I bought my new 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee in Sept 2016 for approximately $3500-$3800 (cant recall exact amount). The following year I got married and changed my name (my understanding is that women are allowed to do that.). Fast forward to June 2024 when I took my Jeep into my local dealership for a, what should have been covered, repair - this was my first claim filed under the warranty. Dealership calls - claim rejected because my name had changed after marriage and therefore the name on the contract was different than my current name. This was the first time I learned the warranty was canceled - no one called, emailed, sent anything to my current address That SAME day I called Mopar and sent them documentation of my name change. Policy should have been reinstated that same day, right? Nope, over the course of 6 weeks sent them documents they requested THREE times. No response from Mopar, just kept ignoring my efforts and each time the dealership was told the warranty was still not reinstated. Finally, after a rather heated phone call to them (yes I was, and still am, pissed!), the warranty was reinstated. BUT Mopar then denied the claim bc the warranty was not active at the time the repair was made (bc they had canceled my policy bc of my name change and unreasonably delayed in reinstating it!!). The dealership felt bad and gave me a break with the price so I didnt file a BBB complaint to recoup $$. But OMG, this is shady and illegal business practice. MI lawyer here - Mopar, you cannot just cancel a contract bc one of the parties charged their name due to marriage and then refuse for over a month to reinstate it! And then deny a claim - a necessary repair- bc you hadnt reinstated it yet! How is that not discrimination against women?? Im dumbfounded and completely disgusted with Mopar. I would like an apology, and assurance that this will not be an issue for me or anyone else similarly situated in the future!

I purchased an unlimited million-mile warranty on my Dodge Challenger. Mopar covered the small stuff like the water pump, sensors -- but when the oil pump failed -- MOPAR cancelled my warrant and didn't reimburse me a dime. Very disappointed!

Mopar warranty price at dealership vs price from website. Do NOT purchase a Mopar warranty from the crooks online. I called in and was quoted $8000 for a 48 months ***** mile maximum care warranty. I went to the dealership and I was quoted $3165 for the same warranty. I was actually provided with a cost sheet. I called the online number again and they said to buy it from the dealership. They cannot match prices. Same exact warranty costs $5000 more buying direct from the website. Unbelievable! I wish I had ************************* direct line. He's the head of Mopar Protection. Such a bad taste in my mouth, I may trade out of Ram into a ***** or ***** Online crooks.

This company should be ashamed of themselves and they definitely didnt back replacing the engine on our 2012 Dodge Dart purchased at dealer in *******,**. Theyve had our vehicle for 1 year 2 months because they refused to replace the engine covered under warranty. After 6 months of having our vehicle, they kept going back and forth, piece meal with sensors etc. dealership manager warned them it wouldnt fix the problem so they took out for test drive and 45 minutes into drive, car broke down. Instead of throwing the fine print in the warranty at us then, they waited until now (over year later) to let us know it will cost more to replace engine then to write us a check for what the car is worth. Way to drag your feet and us along. Weve put more miles on my car this year and paid full coverage on the vehicle this entire time. Shame on you and warning everyone to stay away from this company because they truly dont care of how inconvenienced we were without our vehicle. No compensation at all for our inconvenience or money spent in insurance for the year while you continued dragging your feet. This could have been done 6 months ago. Just horrible and hope you never get any other clients to buy into your protection plan! Definitely didnt back what you stated!! Customer ********************** out no more these days and looks like the other reviews are all the same storiesjust wow!

If I could them no stars I would. I purchased a 5 year extended warranty from Mopar. I could not get an appointment for an emergency situation with my vehicle. The customer ********************** rep could not help me get an appointment at any dealer in my area. The warranty requires that you go to a dealer yet there are never any appointments for emergencies. I had to go to a local shop for a diagnostic to make sure that my vehicle was safe. I am stuck paying for the worthless extended warranty for two more years (April 2026). I would never buy another extended warranty from Mopar and I will never buy another Jeep.

They have no one that cares about anything they stopped a $13,000 check on me for no reason. Then came up with an excuse saying that I Told them to stop the check when that never came out of my mouth. Ive been waiting for my payoff check since October 26. It is now April 3rd 2024. This company has no sympathy for anybody and should be really shut down. There is no concern for the customer or any urgency. It is a disgrace that people treat people like this. Ive been waiting for my check for six months and had it in hand and then they stopped it now Im waiting for them to resend me a new check to the dealership. This is gonna be the third check. Supposedly this company is a complete disgrace. Corporate really needs to step in and do something.

I have a 2018 **** 500X. I have the Mopar MVP ******** unlimited miles warranty on the car. I paid over $4400.00 for the warranty and never had need for it until recently. All the switches on my steering wheel are dead. I can not do anything with any of the switches. I took it to the **** dealership and was told they needed to order a switch to fix it. The next week I went back to have it installed and it did nothing to correct the problem. They told me they needed to order another switch but this switch was obsolete, yes you heard that right a 2018 **** is now obsolete. I called Mopar MVP and they said no problem they would authorize the use of aftermarket parts to fix the problem. I spoke with the parts manager who said he already went down that road and no one was making the parts that need replacing. I called Mopar MVP back and told them what I was told. I told them I was getting fed up with all the run around they were sending me on. I wanted a refund and they said no problem the pro rated refund would be $1558.00. I said no a full refund as you sold me a useless piece of paper since you can't fix a covered repair. They said it had to be pro rated, I said they were not fulfilling their end of the contract. In my opinion this is a case of fraud. They have never paid a claim on the warranty and now I can't use it so it should be a full refund. No one at Stellantis, **** *** or Mopar MVP will return phone calls or emails. Stellantis should not be allowed to sell anything here in the *** if this is how they are going to treat customers. I have had 6 Mopar vehicles in the last 12 years each one with a Mopar MVP warranty on them.
