    On 12/29/2022, my family and other family and friends went to Escape bowling to celebrate my daughters 7th birthday. We were a total of 13 people. We met at the bowling alley at 5pm to start bowling first and were planning on eating afterwards. However, they said it was full for another hour. We decided to put our name next on the list and decided to go eat at their restaurant until our bowling turn becomes available. As we approach the restaurant, we notice there are no servers walking around or welcoming or seating customers. We decided to pick a table on our own but most of them were dirty. We sat down in the hope our server will be arriving soon, but we did not see our waitress until 20 min after. Then she stopped by and apologized for the delay. She took partial of our orders then she left and we had to wait another 15 or more minutes before we got our drinks. As she arrived back, I asked her if she was the only one serving all the tables in the restaurant, she said yes! She was serving all tables in the restaurant and some of the bar orders and part of the bowling area. We could all tell how stressed she was but she was still being very friendly and sweet about it. She started to bring out our orders which they were not all at the same time. They were out of stock for few options. By the time we started to eat, our turn came ready at 6pm to bowl. Due to the delay in the food, we had to post pone our turn to 6:30pm. By then they said there is only 1 lane available instead of 2. We decided even though adults wanted to bowl as well, we said we would just let the children bowl for the birthday. Finally, 6:30pm we werent all finished with our dinner, but I managed to take the children to get their shoes and their lane all setups. The remaining of the party followed us to the lane afterwards. The children then started to bowl, and us the adults sat watching them on two tables across from the assigned bowling lane. Suddenly, the girl at the front desk came complaining because we are occupying too much space. We are all sitting on two tables instead of using one table for all 7 adults! Keep in mind, each table has 4 chairs only! Thats when we all became very upset! We explained to her that, there are 7 of us adults and 6 children, how do you expect us to all sit on 1 table with 4 chairs only! Then we asked for the manager, his name was *********************. We were in shock at his horrible service and zero understanding or accommodation for all the hassle that we had to go through that day. 2 family members complained to him besides myself at their delayed service, lack of staffing, not accommodating with us after all the money we spent there for the birthday party. We had absolute horrible service! His answer was sorry about that, I had two servers that cancelled their shift on me today. On top of all this horrible service and lack of staffing, he kept having customers coming through the front door! Many people were unsatisfied that day at their delayed service. Their manager lack professionalism and lacks management skills. He did not provide any sort of compensation for their bad service that day.
