This company randomly charged my debit card in the month of April 2024 without prior authorization to proceed recurring charge to my accountBusiness response

The consmer signed up for auto pay at time of loan approval in March 2023 and continued those payments until 11/15/2023. The autopay was stopped but we were not notified and thus the accountg eventually went to collection.
On April 17, 2024 our Hunter Financial representative called the consumer and the consumer give credit card information to the Hunter employee. The consumer also infromed the Hunter employee that payments would start again on 5/15/2024. The *** 2024 came back as Insufficient funds.
Hunter left messages on the consumers phone on 5/15/2024 and 5/16/2024 but the customer did not respond.
