The Waymark Realty owner *********************** said he was buying my home as is told him I did not want it listed on MLS which he did then a Probate issue occurred he would have his secretary ********************************* take care of that after 6 months he wanted me to sign a release without any explanation or communication VERY ************************** & Fraudulent!

Sorry to hear you were not satisfied. I intended to purchase the home as is. After running the title search and finding out about how the deed was transferred a few years ago, the cost of the curation of the deed was not feasible for me to take on the cost upfront. We did list with me as the equitable interest per our purchase as agreed, there was no cost for that and simply proved its as is worth. I was the second person to try to purchase the home. This was not disclosed to me at the beginning. Since the release of our contract, you have contracted with another investor. Hopefully, the price with that investor will or has worked out. STAY AWAY! I have worked as a realtor and investor in ************. You DO NOT want to work with Waymark Homes. *********************** offered a cash offer for a property of mine which I would have accepted. With less than 24 hours of his scheduled showing, he dropped his offer price 65k. Waymark Homes will waste your time and low ball you. Their service clearly lacks due diligence and competence.Waymark Homes LLC Response

Wow was that easy. I was evaluating fixing up the house and then selling it then I saw an ad for Waymark Homes buying houses for cash as is. So I called to see how the process would work and what their offer would be. I had one appointment with Ron and he provided me the offer the same day. He was incredibly responsive to my follow up questions and we closed with in 5 weeks of our first meeting. Very happy with the how easy it was, the fair price received, and the speed to close this chapter and move on to a new one. I highly recommend using Waymark Homes.Waymark Homes LLC Response
