Was told to get a new gas water heater. Paid ****. Heater does not work properly. Water gets cold after less than 10 minutes. There were lights flashing on it indicating there was an issue. They sent the same man out to fix it and he was all over the place. Blamed it on everything and had a reason for why it didnt work. All the reasons were asinine and ridiculous. First he said its because my shower head is high pressure. Then he said its because Im using too much hot water. All weird crazy lies. When I told him that the water gets cold no matter what faucet and asked why the lights are blinking on the tank he said it was all normal and maybe I have pipe issues. I had no issues until he installed the new heater. He then said I really should have bought a tankless hot water heater but the home owner wouldnt like it. I am the home owner. He just assumed differently without asking or discussing. When I told him that his answers are sufficient he stormed out of my home and left and told me Im rude. I am not without hot water. This company is disgusting.
