I secured the services of Hoover Electric, Plumbing, Heating, Cooling for installing a gas line and kitchen venting system. Before purchasing both a ************* range and microwave, I had a series of discussions with *****, Hoover's Operation Supervisor. This executive provided beneficial insight and guidance, helping to shape given considerations of prospective gas range models, along with important pulse points involving the overall project. The Operations Supervisor also exhibited patience, poise, and professionalism throughout this process. Additionally, Hoover's ongoing communications, throughout this entire pursuit, served as an extraordinary bonus toward enabling a pleasing experience.Toward that end, on May 3rd, Hoover's Lead Technician, *****, and his associate, ***, arrived to perform the installation work. In short, both gentlemen demonstrated profound expertise and dedication, as reflected in smoothly handling unanticipated impediments while implementing the kitchen vent I found ******* and ***'s demeanor and acumen as instrumental qualities in the successful completion of this project. In closing, when encountering future interests, residing underneath Hoover's umbrella of services, I would not hesitate to leverage their involvement.

*************************** was our tech. He was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions. The manager worked with us to bring our system up to code as affordably as possible. Highly recommend!

They don't service ******* even though they say they do at least that's what was told to me even though it said they serviced ******* they switched it

We had work done by ****************** on a problem in the electrical service. He was courteous, knowledgeable and an excellent mechanic. He found the problem, retrieved the right replacement part and gave two old folks a good nights rest instead of a sleepless night. Originally, we were scheduled for the next day but when we called back to tell the shop the problem had gotten worse, they were able to get ******* there in less than an hour. Two other shops we called first were busy and the first available appointment was 10 days away. We recommend this company and would not hesitate to call them again.***** and ********

i have used them a few different times. I think they may be priced a little higher than some others even with the 10% discount, with that said i will continue to use them for these reasons. 1. Very easy to set an appointment and its usually in a day or two if not the same day. 2. Everytime i have used them the show up when the say they will, plus call about an hour before arriving with a text showing you a picture or the tech coming out and his current location. 3 Every tech that has come to my house has been polite professional and fixed my issue. Like i said there may be some places cheaper but i will stick with the other pluses they have

I read so many positive reviews on my own for this company but contacted the BBB for their listings of highly rated electrical companies servicing ****, ** - many company names/addresses were provided with Hoover as the first choice. I called Hoover and within one day a team of 2 certified electricians came and competently determined the solution to an outdoor lantern problem! In addition as a new customer, a free ************************ inspection inside and outside of my house was completed! Results were discussed. I was and still am impressed with the superb business organization of Hoover Electric, Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling along with the recommendation from the BBB.Add this to the list of the many 5-star reviews.*******

Estimate for copper wire needed for job came in at a $600 premium. Same wire at ********** retailed for $120-220. When I informed service tech this was price gouging, I was told it had to do with their insurance etc. This is clearly overcharging for a job and supplies that retail far cheaper than what the company quotes. Reported to AGs office, and did not feel comfortable moving forward with this company.

These people did an amazing job for us. We had a house fire and needed everything done. Electricity, plumbing and hvac. **** did the plumbing. ***** did the electricity. And **** did my hvac install. Omg these guys went out of their way to make sure everything was done right. We had to do all inspections from rough to final. And they passed all of them. No hiccups along the way. They went up and beyond for me numerous times waiting for my countertops to be installed and bathroom to be finished. ******** pulled permits and inspections for me she was the best. ******* is the receptionist she set up all my appointments and was very considerate of our work schedule and making sure we got morning appointments. They were all outstanding. I am not sure how we would have made it thru this situation without them. I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful company in our time of disaster. Also the fire happened one month before covid 19 first hit. So those were extreme obstacles as well. But 2 years later our house is all fixed and more amazing then before. So I would not hesitate to use hoover electric heating and plumbing again. I am shouting there name to anyone that can hear me. They really are that good and professional.
