            Poseidon does not care about your time, they don't care about answering calls, it took them 4 days to return my call. Good luck leaving a message too there voice mail box is usually full, it's too difficult for them to maintain. That should have been a signal, but i gave them the benefit of the doubt. I made an appointment for 4pm on a Thursday. They called me at 2:30pm saying they finished early and wanted to see if I could accommodate and told them I could leave work early and be there at 3:00pm. So waiting and waiting finally at 4:20pm I call to ask where the service guy was and she told me oh well he went to another job before you he should be there soon. They don't have the common courtesy to call and tell you plans have changed, that is too difficult. They couldn't even make the original time slot they gave me. They think about themselves first, they don't care about you and they have no idea what good old fashioned customer service is, like doing what you tell people you are going to do. Please do yourselves a favor and call anyone else but them.
