    I was in Disc Replay Troy on ******* and ****************** on Sunday 9/11/2022 to purchase a video game "Biker Mice From Mars" for *************** The price sticker on it said $19.99. When I asked to get it from the case the person getting it said it was mispriced. I said I wanted it for the $19.99 he said no. I asked for a manager and explained the situation. I saw a tag for $19.99 so that should be the price. The manager began relabeling the item. I said it was priced $19.99 and I hadn't left the store so he wasn't allowed to reprice it like that. He said he didn't know what to tell me, and that was the price. I asked for his name which he refused to give to me. Another man decided to tell me that the law does not apply since it was marked as a different item, which isn't apparent on first look at the price sticker. There were no other copies to compare a price to. The "value" of a 30 year old game is ambiguous, and it was individually priced in their locked case with no other copies, so an employee had to have priced it. I have had issues with this store in the past denying sale of items that they themselves have mispriced, and I am tired of it. I told the manager I would contact the BBB and he told me go ahead and refused to give me his name. He said he would call mall security if I did not leave. I said I would leave when he gave me his name for my BBB report which he ultimately refused to provide, and he refused to speak further to me. I have worked retail, medical, and various forms of customer service. I have been a long time customer of Disc ********************** spending literally thousands of dollars, and honestly to be treated so poorly and threatened to have security called on me because I wanted the supervisor's name is ridiculous. Its customer service, and the manager did nothing to try to help the situation. If you dont want to sell items at a lower price then the employees need to double check their work. Also what is the point of being a manager if you don't act like one?

    WORST HOSTILE EXPERIENCE. I walk in with my friend to sell some movies and immediately the male/trans woman at the front counter started talking down to my friend. my friend said he has some movies to sell so she gave him a piece of paper to write down our information. He asked for a pen so he can write down his name and what we are selling and he/she throws it at the counter in a rude way and walks away while he filled it out. he wrote down "movies" in the description of what we were selling. After that the male/lady told him "you can just write down "dvds" and after he/she said this they said "Even though its only 4 letters i can tell its difficult for you to write even though its only 4 letters". We laughed off the rude insult but still was a bit taken back by the rudeness of it but ultimately let it go, after he/she said something more snarky to us my friend says in the most joking fashion "hey you wanna fight me"? as a joke response to all of his/her rude comments and coming after him and his intelligence.She/he AND us were all laughing and it was obvious that they immediately tell that this was a joke and that he was saying it in the way like "hey with all the messed up ways you talked to me are you gonna fight me next" type of way. After we all laughed he/she said it will take a while and so we started walking around the store to pass some time. after a few minutes of walking around another employee came up to us in a hostile way, and said due to a confrontation with one of our employees we won't buy these from you and to come in tomorrow. We explained there was no confrontation and he immediately got closer to my friends space and said "you gotta leave" without any explanation. The male/lady was giving us a mean smirk and i told the employees that they were in the wrong and then left. This is the worst experience i have ever had at any store and i used to love this place. i will never do business with them again since this is how they treat their customers.
