Im not sure if the government writes them some sort of check for holding the animals or if they keep a certain amount, but its almost like they are trying to keep the animals here and refusing to get them adopted. Seems like some sort of scam or scheme if there is a tax rebate to benefit them. This business is supposed to care about finding homes for these animals but its as if they are trying to keep them there. Very unusual.

I have taken my pets here for years, I have spent thousands of dollars here. I made an apt. to have my puppies vaccinated and didnt show due to my daughter being in a car accident and was in the hospital for 3 days with a subdural hematoma. I was not even thinking about my appt at this time. so I called to reschedule. rescheduled for today 4/17/2022. About 5 days before my appt someone called me and said they wanted a deposit. I called back to give them a deposit until they said they wanted $150. I said I would have to call them back. I never did. OK my bad I accept responsibility for not calling back. So yesterday they left a message saying they canceled my appt which i never received because I work in an operating room and my messages never go through, the calls show but messages are always dead air. I thought they were calling to confirm since I never called back. So today i show up for the appt 10 min early. I told the MANAGER I was there with my puppies for their shots. She says ok someone will be out. 30 minutes later someone comes out to tell me my appt was cancelled with 6 little puppies in the car with 30 degree temps. I do not care that they cancelled my appt WHAT I DO CARE ABOUT IS MAKING ME SIT IN THE PARKING LOT FOR 30 MINUTES WITH 6 LITTLE PUPPIES!!!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. If any of them get sick who is going to pay that **** but they wanted $150 deposit because my daughter was in a car accident and I couldnt make an appt. its a business things happen!!!!! I will never ever donate another $ or ever bring my animals here again. They do not care about animals they care about $$$$$$. Good customer service would have been listen you didnt call us back and we can take you this time, but if it happens again we will deny you services or what ever ~ not leave me and 6 puppies in a vehicle in the middle of a winter storm warning...
