I scheduled this company to come out and add gas lines to a new home I was moving into. **** is the name of the guy that showed up. He looked around and figured out what he would need. Ripped out a panel of my wall which cracked my crown molding. He told me he didnt have the right parts and had to go get them. Got a call sometime later and told me they had to order the part and wouldnt be back until later that day. When he called later he said hed be on his way but 45 minutes after that he called again and said he wasnt coming at all because they did not have the parts. **** told me hed be back Monday at 2pm to get the work done for us. This meant me and my family were without a stove and clothes dryer all weekend. Monday comes around and **** is a no show. I called his company and was told he didnt show up for work that day and they couldnt reach him. They said nothing was on the books for Monday at 2pm because **** didnt tell them. So now here we are on Tuesday and the company calls and says **** didnt tell us hed be there he really said hed check with the office first but should be Monday at 2pm. So now **** is not telling the truth because I know what I heard. Worst of all the company doesnt offer to send him out right away to get the job done. They want me to wait another 2 days and thats only for **** to come out and work for 2 hours. Hed then have to come back the next day for another 2 hours. I told them no way and Id be looking elsewhere. This is the worst company I have dealt with in a long time. Highly unprofessional and are not responsive to the needs of their customers. If I owned a company and my employee treated a customer this way Id be falling all over myself trying to make it right. Instead were told they truly believe it was just a misunderstanding. Run from this company as fast as you can. They will disappoint you. They will waste your time
