I purchased a double storm door for $990 on 3/22/22. The installer ****** did not drill the stationary door into the kick plate correctly. I was also given a defective pneumatic door closer. Right after I was fighting to get door open. I adjusted the closer and the door slam closed. I then called in July 2022 and talked to ***. By Thursday 9/2, no one came out and I called *** again. On 9/12 I called back because I had not heard from ****** and *** said he would contact ******. On 9/14 @ 1:18 ****** came to my house without calling and when no one was home. He tried to fix the closure, however the at 3pm when I returned home it began making a loud piercing noise. I called Gallery of Doors again and spoke with ***. I put him on speaker so he could hear the loud noise and he said it was normal. I called back 5 minutes later and spoke with ******. Instead of hearing my concerns she dismissed me and told me she has a video from ****** that the door worked properly, and she tried to intimidate me. I told her I was going to come in so they could see what I was talking about. I walked in and said I was ***************************, and I was speaking with someone with was quite rude, however I need to get my door to proper working condition. ****** told me that I should have called in April, June, July or August since it is now September. I told her I have been calling for over 2 months. She told me I was lying about the door being broken. She said she had a video time stamped 1:18pm that day. The problem is that I have cameras at my home. At 1:18pm ****** hadnt fixed the door yet. He did not attempt to fix it until 1:20pm. I asked her to please look at my video and she refused. She said between 1:18pm and 3:12pm that I tried to damage the door so that they would continue sending ****** to my home. She tired to argue with me and told me she would give me a new closer and she began yelling and screaming at me. I told her that her behavior is not customer service.
