            I have been using their service since 2019. I never signed a contract and they negligently continued servicing the tank on my property. This winter my furnace died and they tried to charge me 160 dollars based on a contract I never signed as well as a 20% restocking fee I never agreed too after they threatened to take the tank back that was never under contract. They should have never been servicing my tank without signed consent and want me to pay the fees for the usage even though I was never under contract. Negligent business practices. Rude and insulting management.

            If I could give -5 stars, they would deserve it. The people who work for and run GPC are liars, thieves, and cowards when they're challenged. They do extra unnecessary services BEFORE consulting you, then charge a ridiculous amount for spraying down your regulator with soapy water. Pay a higher price and go with someone else, it's not worth it to give underhanded cowards money.

            Dear *****************,Whenever a customer runs out of gas, we are required by law to perform a pressure check of the system to verify there are no leaks. It states in our contract that there is a service charge to perform this service. When our delivery driver arrived at your residence, the propane tank was out of gas. Our delivery driver performed a pressure test on your system at the time of delivery. You sent us video that showed him doing the test. We are sorry that you are not happy with our service. However, our primary responsibility is the safety of our customers and adherence to state and federal codes and laws. If you need further assistance, please contact our office.
