I signed up for real green Systems last year, I was told that I could cancel anytime if things didnt work, but I could get a full refund if it was within six months of signing up, I have been trying since February to cancel yet every month they are taking $435 out of my account, I have called countless times with no response and no one answers and I have emailed a few times a month with no resolution. I just want my money back and for someone to actually answer me.Initial Complaint

When I was getting setup the sales rep told me many things that weren't actually included and falsely represented the software. In the contract there were various implementation and customer service items that were to be included but non of that existed when after we signed and customer service has not been responding to us, we initially were wanting to get the software setup prior to the busy season but their implementation team was unavailable and there was no white glove service as promised by the sales ******** got an email several days after trying to get started saying that they were sorry about the sales rep and that he no longer works for the company, but that they'll still have to hold me to the contract and I'll have to pay them for a full 12 months of service!Initial Complaint

We signed up to start using RealGreen software for our business, with real hopes of a software that helped grow our business. Unfortunately, it was very clear during implementation that the customer service was subpar. There was several botched meetings, where their team members clearly were not there for actual support. We simply felt this was a red flag and was not a fit for us but now they will not allow us to cancel, even though we never finished implementation. They continue to act as if nothing is wrong and simply ignore our request to part ways. Their average response time is 5-7 days and has been as long as 30 days. More business need to know how poor this company handles customer relations.
