Dynamic Home Improvement was hired via LL Flooring to install flooring throughout the main level of my home. The install took place in Oct of 2020. At the time of install the there was a seam on the subfloor that I thought may need to be fixed. I was assured numerous times that they would just grind it down and things would be fine and they would be "within spec". During the installation, I made mention that the floor did not feel level in the area that was to be grinded down, again was assured it was "within spec". My father in law came by with the install was going on, he said something to **** the installer as well and was again told its "within spec, we do hundreds of these per year and never get calls back we will be just fine". Fast forward 2 months, a corner popped on the floor, they sent one of the installers back out to fix that issue. He glued the broken piece back down and assured us we will not have any more problems. Fast forward to Aug 8th 2021. A seam popped in the kids toy room, I filed a warranty repair claim with LL Flooring. They relayed the info to Dynamic Home Improvement. 2 months go by with nothing from Dynamic Home Improvement except a call saying that **** will call as soon as he can to get me on the schedule for a date to come out and fix the issue. ****** the receptionist/scheduler finally gave me ****'s number to get in contact with him direct as he was not calling me as she said he would. I contacted ****, he send a series of rude and unprofessional text messages, essentially indicating that he will not be fixing the floor, but rather pulling up the old floor and just laying new floor down as he is not paid to fix other issues. After I mentioned that he was asked about this several times during the install he response was "I probably did that because the structural work was probably pretty costly and i was trying to save you that money". Since all of this 2 more seams have popped and I'm getting the runaround on fixing my home.
