This is a terrible company, don't deal with them. they try to scam me. they started with we need to upgrade your modem for $300, then I told me I don't want to, and I asked if I can shop around, with no objection I did. when I told me I found a deal, they tried to offer me cheaper rate and even waived it. at that point I have made up my mind to change, then when I called to cancel, then they told me that from B safe company, I have 5 years contract that automatically renew. I have been with B safe for over 20 years, never heard that. and they showed me a documents that was not my signature. and now they sent me collection agency. what exactly they want from me? just money, there call center sock, they never even tried to call me to discuss the issue, went straight to collection agency. they are not even part of the BBB, that is how bad they ar

Lake Electronics Group, with more than 38 years providing security and services to almost **** customers throughout our region is a ***************** licensed Security ************ and ***************** licensed Fire Alarm Contractor. As the major cellular service providers, **** and ******* notified the alarm industry as did all users of their networks that the 3G network would be coming to an end by 12/31/21. We sent letters, emails and made telephone calls to all our clients informing them of the impending service issues and interruptions. Offering them options to be certain that their very important emergency monitoring services will not be interrupted as long as they update to the *** version of their current system. We offered a one-time fee of $149 for the update. For several clients who claimed financial hardship we installed the update free of charge with a new agreement. The vast majority of the clients understood, and their systems have been updated. All our clients, including **************** are under agreement for various lengths of time, indeed the agreements renew automatically mainly for insurance coverage purposes. We made no exception with ****************, offering him the same options as all our clients. He claimed that we were "scamming him", which we obviously are not. Then he requested cancellation of his service, which we explained was under agreement until June 2023. Never was he told of a $300 price, as well we have documented emails attempting to contact him long before the last option of employing a collections agency. We would welcome the opportunity to update ******************** security system and test to be sure all is in perfect working order with whichever program he should choose.************************* ************

that is not exactly what happened. when I was told to upgrade, and I told them I am not interested and I wanted to shop around for new system. no one told me about the agreement which I did not sign . when I finally called to cancel, then they brought up the lease agreement, and I told them it is not my signature on the lease. they never confirmed the cancellation of service. they even offered me free upgrade which by then I have already selected a new company. they did not try to connect to discuss the final ****, they just took it straight to collection agency. this is not how you respond to customer feed. initially started with $300 then changed to $150, and finally it was free when I called to cancel. the same person who replied is the person I talked to last. he is not the most nicest person to deal with.

I wish I can give a negative star for BSafe! This is the worst alarm company I have ever had. Stay away! Customer service are bad! The system wasn't working I have to pay 150$ for them come out just look at it. Then not even a month the system not working again. They want me to pay another 300$ + to get a check again. I also paying 47.5$ for monthly service. I really want to get rid of this company so bad! However their contract are 5 years. For all the other Alarm companies I have only need 1 year contract. Be aware ! Stay away!!
