      On Aug. 7th. I ordered an evaporator fan motor from their website. When the motor arrived, it was a condenser fan motor (not what I ordered). I have called several times only to have the automated system hang up on me after being on hold for 30 minutes. I cant even leave a message. I have e-mailed them three times with no response.My order # **** Item : indoor fan motor for model T322D-H236-C mini split Cost: $144.27 I simply want to get the correct motor that I ordered.

      I purchased four air conditioning systems for my home 7 years ago and now two have broken down. I have tried ti get service and parts and they don't even answer the phone calls. I have spent over 16 hours total waiting on hold to get parts and pricing,I don't know if anyone even works there. The temperature is over 100 degrees in ******* and my A/C has been broken for 3 months and I still have not been able to get hold of a person to fix the problems.

      I've been trying to contact them for over a week. Staying on hold for about 45 minutes each time I call hoping someone will pick up just to be sent to voicemail, again. I've left multiple voicemails and contacted them through email without any contact back. We purchased a 5 zone mini split system. We just began to install it when we realized they didn't send us any drainage tubes, an important element to complete the installation. Now we're stuck in the hottest month of the year with no A/C, and no hopes of receiving the tubes. It will cost us hundreds of dollars to get the tubing we need and we've already spent thousands. We just want our drainage tubes so we don't have to suffer in this heat any longer.

      We purchased from **** a split unit air conditioner system from Thermocore. The system worked great for the first 1 year, but having problems with the system now. Cannot get anyone to assist me with the parts that we need for replacement. Have been on hold for **** hour so many times after then getting disconnected. Left messages to return call, nothing! I just want help on getting a replacement part and they can't seem to find the time to assist.

      I have a (4) Zone Split Mini Duct Thermocore system.It is model: T119D-H236-C It was professionally installed.Here is the problem:One of the main outside unit's computer boards was damaged by a mouse.I need to PURCHASE a new computer board.I have searched everywhere online for a new board to PURCHASE and no one has one for me to buy!I have called Thermocore many times to purchase a new board and they do NOT call back or answer the phone.The main PCB Board (computer board) I WANT TO PURCHASE has these numbers on it:202302130755 ***KFR80W/BP3T4N1-31 O.D.03.WP1 I just want to PURCHASE a replacement PC board and no one even calls me back! Please help!!

      I ordered an item with a charge card online. I received an automated receipt. I attempted to validate the item was the item I needed, by phone and sending messages from sites provided through the site and on the phone. I have got no response from any, and the charge card I used is transitioning where I have no access until I get a new card. I believe this site to be a scam site that takes your money and gives no product.
