I had a building built and purchased Thermocore Systems split ductless units. I have had them 5 years and they continuously break down. I need one unit completely replaced due to leaking. They do not answer the phone and the mailbox is always full. Don't waste your time or money on this system. Nothing but a headache!Review from Tommy S

This company is. A scam. Took my money. No response by phone or emails. I stay away!!! This company should be banned to sell anything Still no response. I have 17 calls. 5 emails. U cant be they busy. Dont believe anything from These people Do not buy Should be a 0 rating !!!!Review from Amber C

Absolute joke of a company. I ordered a part and followed up 10 days later to find out they never mailed it. They said they would mail it that day. Followed up three days later and still the part did not mail. You call and have to hold for over an hour and the system hangs up on you. They don't call you back. Don't waste your time or money!Review from Michael B

Nice unit. But their spec. page is useless. Calls for a NEMA ****R receptacle but comes with a plug for a larger circuit. Do not bother to contact company sent email to three different company contacts, did not reply. Connected to existing circuit will have to hire electrical contractor to check actual current pull. CUSTOMER BE AWARE with **********************. While working the units are great but this company when service and parts are needed they will not respond and resolve. My experience is that I needed parts for the winter, waited more than 6 months for response, and I paid my tech three visits to resolve the issue and the tech suggested changing unit because the difficulties of getting parts from the company only after a year of the unit working started to fail.Review from Danielle G.

Purchased a $36,000 BTU dual zone mini split system directly from the company. One ceiling cassette came damaged. Both ceiling cassettes came defective with the panel not working properly. Company sold the system as heating and cooling unit but it came only as a cooling unit. Compressor is just over a year old and is already rusting. Contacted the company immediately and asked for a replacement or refund to which they stopped communicating. They were quick to communicate with me via email when they urged me to upgrade my system though. Have continuously communicated with them about these issues with no response.Review from Kimmy L

This company is ridiculous. Theyre all good in the beginning when they take your money over the phone take your order for thousands of dollars. In the end they never came through with the units ordered. The voicemail makes you think youre gonna talk to someone and it just revolves over and over. You cant email text or reach him anyway.Review from Ron I

I ordered a part on their website, and have repeatedly called and waited on hold only to be directed to leave multiple voicemails. I have sent multiple emails requesting a tracking number or SOME indication of when we will receive the part, and still have heard nothing! Do not buy anything from this company as I have yet to here from anyone!
