Roof was improperly installed by SAS Home Improvements causing total roof failure. Also new plywood was not installed as paid for. Owner of SAS has not been willing to offer a satisfactory resolution. **** up the phone on us when attempting to discuss a resolution. Will not stand behind their work.Business response

I had a new roof put on by this company about six or seven weeks ago. The inspector came and checked things out and put a rejection note on my door stating that they would be sending an email to the company describing the problem that needed to be corrected. I waited a couple of weeks and then called SAS Roofing myself to find out when they would take care of this problem. They told me that it would be handled right away but after numerous calls back to them, Im still waiting and being ignored.I have left many messages with the city inspector trying to find out what happens next and they havent returned my calls either!I am totally frustrated with this whole experience and really could use your help in getting this resolved!This company left me with many fixes to my property also which I am in the process of fixing myself!!Please help!!Business response
