Eastside Fence held my deposit for a fence for 3 months before cashing it without notice. They then began my fencing project 4 weeks ago and have not come back out to finish it. I have called 7 times and left several voicemails ( none of my voicemails have been returned) when i have spoken to someone they have promised me 3 times now the work would be completed on a certain day and noone ever shows up. The last two calls I have not heard back from them. I just want them to call me back and find a resolution because I would like my project finished.Initial Complaint

I am reaching out due to constantly reach out to have our fence fixed. It keeps slumping on the right side to where it is difficult to open and close the fence . The board broke on the fence, and I'm over it. Since we got the fence, it had been issues, particularly to the neighbor, which is being handled by my lawyer and particularly to shabby work. The fence and gate are not two years old yet, and it's like begging these people to fix something. I paid **** for this fence, and I regret using this company. The only reason it got fixed before was I threatened to contact the bbb, and I have had enough. If I have to pay for someone to fix the gate and board that's broken, I want to be some monetary payment. If this is under warranty, what's the issue? I have to work and my mother is disabled how the h*** is she suppose to get out ? My next email will be to **** to the rescue.
