My family and I visited Baskin ******* yesterday 5/21/23 around 6:40pm. We went through the drive thru & order 2 double scoops *********************** almond) on a waffle cone and some munchkin donuts. I pulled around to pay for my order ($20.63) and the young lady at the window started passing me the cones as they were being made. I immediately noticed that my ice cream flavor was incorrect and told the lady at the window. She communicated this with the co worker (******) that made my cone and she admitted that she gave the wrong ice cream. The lady came back to the window and said "you right that isn't cookies&cream but I don't know what to do". I told her I still wanted my ice cream but I wanted what I ordered. She went to ****** who was showing an obvious attitude, and ****** told her to give me the *************** in a cup. When the lady brought the cup of ice cream to the window she told me ****** said she could only put it in a cup or I will need to REPAY for the order. Now the lady is frustrated so I asked to speak with ****** (I still do not have an attitude just want what I paid for). ****** comes to the with an attitude,pushes the window open extremely aggressively,throw her headset on the counter,and says "what is it" to me. I explained to her she gave me the wrong order and I simply want my order corrected. ****** she says either take it in a cup or repay. I told her NO she messed up the order so it needs to be corrected. She then SCREAMS "yea I messed it up so I'm giving it to you in a cup now". I told her I paid for a WAFFLE CONE not a cup. She argued with me for a few more mins then she slammed the window in my face, made the cone, put it out the window as if she was going to throw it. I asked for her name, she didn't want to give it to me but she did and yelled, "I'm not taking that other cone back!" I said fine and dropped it out the window. ****** needs to be FIRED. This whole situation was unnecessary and she was beyond rude and inappropriate.
