      Doctors office is choosing to neglect patients health. I have been without blood pressure medication for 3 weeks. I have high blood pressure. I have called multiple times, left voicemails, and sent multiple mychart messages to have my script refilled. I have spoke to 2 different people at the office stating they would call it in. I spoke with ***************** August 2nd and ****** today 8/5. I have left multiple voicemails because they refuse to answer calls and send you to a voicemail line instead. They refuse to call me back, I have called both pharmacies the script couldve gone to for the past 3 weeks almost every day. ********* informed me that I need to go to my doctors office to get a physical paper script and bring it to them because of how unprofessional the office is. The pharmacy understands the importance and is well aware that being without these for this long could really affect my health. My doctor ******************** refuses to send me a message on mychart and all staff in the office refuse to contact me. This is not the first time this has happened with them. I had the same issue regarding my other script that controls my heart rate and went without this medication for weeks as well. They are highly unprofessional and have no regard for patient health. They need to be investigated for the sake of mine and other patients health. This is the most unprofessional office Ive ever been to and the lack of care for patients is unacceptable.

      Lakeland billing has been contacted about this matter and they claim the billing is accurate but it's not! I'm the patient and know what they did to me.My hip replacement ****************** ordered wound therapy for a nickel sized hole in my Shin from hitting it on a trailer hitch before hip surgery.my insurance refuses to pay because it was billed as outpatient surgery I've learned that they have billed me for debreeding the wound 5 times when in all actuality it was only debreed twice so when it's debreed they bill it as outpatient surgery and insurance refuses to pay the charges I don't dispute that I owe them for their services but I'm not going to be bilked instead of billed for what was really done 8/22/,8/25/,8/29/,9/1/,&9/6/2022 supposedly debreed but it wasn't.account numbers for the improper billing on these dates are in order as follows 24083997,24186216,24167372,24135357,24119484,24083997. None of the bills reflect my $45.00 copay either. If you can help me get this matter straightened out I will be deeply indebted to you. THANK YOU for anything you can do to help me with this issue.If you check I pay my bills on time and have excellent credit but I refuse to be bilked!KEITHLAFOND. EMAIL. ***********************

      We were contacted by *********************** prior to this complaint to the BBB with the same complaints. His concerns were investigated by our billing and care teams, and we provided information to the patient regarding a resolution.

      Lakeland Watervliet Community Hospital Walk in Clinic. 12/4/22 & 1/27/23 for *******************************. My daughter (******) had an ear infection, was in horrible pain, doctors prescribed antibiotics and they call them in wrong every time, and then won't answer phone to pharmacy when they are trying to fill prescription. We have had to DRIVE all the way back to hospital on both dates above, because the walk in clinic won't answer the phone calls from pharmacy to fill prescriptions. When we arrived back at hospital on both dates, the would not answer phone calls from hospital front desk EITHER, and the lady has to walk back there and tell them to fix it so my daughter can get her prescriptions. I am considering filing legal action at this point because on 12/4/22 my daughter went 24 hours without prescriptions that caused her infection to get worse and damage her ears. This is all due to the lack of assistance and willingness to provide care to SICK children. Why will they not answer the phone? A doctor should be required to take phone calls from the pharmacy to fill prescriptions. People and children are being abused by this medical facility and I want answers. I have tried reaching out and making a complaint many times and they will not respond. I want to speak with someone who can make this issue known handle this so future children are taken care of properly and get the medication and treatment they need. Because they have not provided my family with this and its very upsetting to know they don't care about the health of my child.

      I was contacted by email that I was to receive a refund for an overpayment from Lakeland health. When I saw the preview page (attached picture) I noticed that the refund went to an expired credit card that they had on file. Upon calling and telling them that I no longer had this card they told me that I was out of luck and to call my bank to try and track the money down myself. The credit card on file was an old expired Mastercard, not a bank card. The refund was coming all the way back from a charge on June 2021. I have called multiple times with no resolution and would like to get my money back from them to resolve this issue.
