I am complaining about the service I received from ******* Veterinary Clinic on 8/12/22. On 8/5/22 I took my two cats (poof and stormy) to receive a check up and schedule an appointment for spay and neuter. I waited over two hours total from check in to check out due to them having short staff, which I understood. After my appointment during check out, I was told that the next availability for spay and neuter would be on 8/12/22 at 9 a.m. I confirmed the appointment with the front desk nurse. The only system of scheduling was a notebook that she used to write down the appointment. On 8/11 I called to confirm my appointment and price for the surgery. I was unable to confirm because I was on hold for 10 minutes. I arrived on the 12th and was told that the appointment was not scheduled, spay and neutering was not done on Fridays, and there was not an upcoming appointment scheduled. I had them double check and showed the receipt of my non refundable deposit paid on 8/5/22. I was told that I could not received my payment back and that they would call in a few days when they have the new schedule. I received no apology from the front desk for the inconvenience.
