Ordered a spindle part for my mower. Received the part and the quality was too poor to use the part. I spoke with ****** via email that the part may be wrong and not the part number I ordered. I sent him a screen shot of their website showing the part number was the correct one I ordered and he said he would refund the part but not to return it. They sell cheap knock off parts that are not good quality at all. This unit has bearings that do not spin smoothly, and the pulley does not come off without a puller or install without excessive force that will ruin the cheap metal threads. The threaded hole in the spindle where the blade bolts on is not centered and will cause premature failure of this part.Business response

Hi *******. Thank you for your feedback. We looked into this complaint and did see that on the same day you submitted this BBB request, you stated to our customer service department that you submitted a chargeback/dispute with your credit card. Typically when this is done we do not refund the order as it could be refunded twice to your method of payment. All that being said, we did submit a refund to your method of payment on July 30th and you should see the refund on your account statement shortly. The time it takes to show this refund depends on your financial institution. If there is anything else we can assist with please feel free to reach out again.

i purchased a product that was defective. i called them the day it was installed about faulty operation. There was a delay in getting new parts and time at the shop to get them changed out so I talked to customer service on a regular bassis and was told for a while that they were not taking returns due to Covid. I was finally able to return it in origanal box on 7/9/21 directly to there store and had to leave it on there cart outside there front door due to covid. i called and talked to *********** to let him know it was there. On 7/20/21 *********** acknowledged recieving the return and said he was dealing with the manufacture on it. Since then i have been getting a run around 3-4 time a month and still no refund. This was returned on RA81795. this was over a $750.00 part when i bought it. part number R18376 $861.99 Current price. I have recently been informed that *********** no longer works there and Rob would be calling me but nothing as of today. i have left Rob many messages and no call back. i have made 4 call to them today alone.Initial Complaint

I bought a canopy on top **** for my tractor from this company. I paid in full. Several days later I get an email from the company stating that they need 200 more shipping on top of the shipping I already paid. Per the terms of service of any sale on **** a sale is binding a contract. The seller must fulfill its obligations to deliver the item. Instead this seller cancelled the order. **** filed a violation report against the company. The feedback left by other buyers say that this company does this tactic as a routine matter.Business response
