              Took my **** ***** Silverado 1500HD that I purchase from my Neighbor. It had ******* miles. ***** them to do a Transmission filter fluid change. They charged me for the work but did not. Crawled under ***** to look. Bolts still rusted. No socket ever touched the bolts. Took to my Mechanic in *********. ********** had them do a service on it. They told me the Filter was not changed and the Gasket is reusable. I got the Filter back and called them out on it. When I returned to west Branch I demanded my money Back for not doing the service. Got it. Told them you will not be my place of Buisness any more! This also happened to a friend of mine recently and some others said this too!
