**** started off very friendly, worked for two days to try and fix a leak off of our water main. I actually paid him a little bit extra for the information hed provided. He stated that the fix may not hold and to call him if the fix failed. He said hed come back out to try a different fix, for which hed already bought the parts (which I paid for). ************ got worse almost immediately, I texted him to see if he could come back out to fix it, we scheduled a day, then he cancelled, we rescheduled for the next week, he cancelled again, we rescheduled a third time for a week later, and he never showed. He then became unresponsive and *** since never heard back from him. I had initially assumed that it must have been a personal issue and texted him that I hoped that all was okayhowever, Ive seen that hes since posted on his ******** page. Extremely disappointed! My family is now without water on Thanksgiving! He got really great reviews and honestly, he seemed like someone that Id keep as a future contact; however, after this I would strongly discourage anyone from using his company; and caution anyone from using **** or his company for anything upon which you depend.
